1. Strategic Planning

Where are you going? Who is your target demographic? If you're in real estate, no, your target demographic is not "every one who wants to own a home or owns one!" You need to know your who. What is your ROI on those postcards you have been sending out? How many hours have your done on Open Houses and how many clients have your gotten into new homes because of them? When you make your phone calls at 9am, what is the percentage of people you spoke to compared to when you made your calls at 4pm. Where did your efforts fall completely flat last year and how are you going to change that? You have a goal to help 20 people get into home next year, where are those clients going to come from? Not just postcards. What percentage are they going to come from your sphere of influence, open houses, networking events, sponsorships, your neighborhood yorker club, etc? No matter where you are in your business, you made choices that got you there. You need to know those choices and how  to measure them to make the best changes for you to get exactly where you want to be. 

This Strategic Planning session will answer all of this. We will spend two 1 hour sessions, with a tiny bit of homework in between to make sure you have a clear vision of the path you have travelled and the path you need to take to get you where you want to be.
